Paul Spoerl - Broker, ABR, CRS, GRI

I joined the Century 21 First Realty team in 2004 after starting and running my own business as well as managing other businesses for more than 22 years. After assisting other Realtors, Builders, Apartment Complexes and Assisted Living Communities with creative marketing tools I decided to utilize those tools as well as my business management skills to assist others with the purchase and selling of Real Estate.

Serving and Servicing my client and customer base has always been rewarding. I enjoy the quest of finding buyers “The Home of their Dreams” and assisting sellers so they can pursue their personal goals without the additional burden of worrying about their home sale. My slogan “Opening New Doors” reflects my belief that I am allowing others to open the doors to their future. I take pride in providing exceptional Customer Service and Exceeding the Expectations that are placed upon me.

Since starting my Real Estate career I have become a Top Producer in our office, A Centurion level producer for Century 21 and obtained the coveted "Quality Service Pinnacle Award" every year from 2007 through 2014 and Presidents Award in 2011 and 2014 as well. (Based on actual customer and client ratings of my service) In addition, I have also obtained the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Counsel of Real Estate Specialists (CRS) and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designations which allowed me to better represent the buyer in a real estate transaction and provide more insight for any seller I may represent.

My Client-First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a Appleton real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
